My gradmother used to make this all the time for my uncle especialy when they are grown in the garden.The eddoes is cooked or stew in a pot of water removed and pulp froom the skin and place a pan with lime juice and salt.serve with a cod fish sauce

it's spelt Bul Jol or Bol Jol and can also be found in other Caribbean islands. It is one of my fave breakfast foods.
