This is my collection of Pride of Barbados pictures. The Pride of Barbados plant is the national flower of Barbados and appears on the The Barbados Coat of Arms.
The true scientific name for this flower is Caesalpinia Pulcherrima and is often called the Dwarf Poinciana or Barbados Flowerfence.
To spot the Pride of Barbados flower you should look for its unique bright scarlet petals with yellow borders growing on a small evergreen shrub.
