As Sandridge Resort is located in St.Peter, a parish in the north west region of the island, it takes about 1 hour to get to this Barbados accommodation from the airport at the southern tip of the island. However the hotel does supply airport transfer so you won’t have to worry about taking a Barbados airport taxi.

• Studios

The studios are the next step up from the standard room equipped with a single queen size bed (or two twin beds) and have a full balcony. The studios sleep up to two adults with one child. There are also 2 oceanfront studios available which have the same amenities as the standard studios but also a view across the ocean.

• One Bedroom Suites

The suites are split-level accommodations which are larger and more spacious than the standard hotel rooms and sleep a maximum of 4 adults. These rooms are equipped with a pool or garden view balcony and an extra pullout sofa in the living room. The club upgrade is available for these suites.

• Oceanfront Junior Suites

The 4 Oceanfront Junior Suites have full balconies with the best ocean view at the hotel. These are the most expensive rooms at the hotel. The bed is a king size bed and there is an extra pullout sofa in the living room. These suites can sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child. The club upgrade is available for these suites.

The second restaurant is The Chattel Bar Restaurant which offers a la carte menus.

The closest restaurant to Sandridge Beach Hotel is La Mer, about 1 mile away. This is an expensive, upscale eclectic restaurant located in the luxurious Port St.Charles. If you are looking for a more casual dining experience the next closest restaurant is Angry Annie’s. This is a much cheaper choice and serves local Caribbean cuisine. Angry Annie’s is located in First Street of the Holetown village in St.James. This is about 4 miles from Sandridge so you may want to take a taxi there if you haven’t rented a car.

If you need to leave your kids supervised for some alone time there is a Kids Club at Sandridge. This club tends to children from 4 to 12 years of age from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm daily except for Mondays and Thursdays. Guest can also request baby cots for $6 USD a night.
